The service
MendDock is software for collecting maintenance requests, coordinating teams and vendors, scheduling visits, and tracking work. It is not a property management company, contractor, insurer, emergency dispatch service, or guarantee that a repair will be performed. Property managers and vendors remain responsible for their work, communications, entry permissions, and legal obligations.
Your account and company
You must be authorized to create or use a company workspace. Customers entering into a subscription must be adults with authority to do so. Keep account details accurate and credentials private. Company Admins manage billing, team invitations, and property access. Invited teammates should join their company's workspace rather than creating a separate paid workspace.
Subscriptions
The Founding plan is displayed at $99 USD per month for up to 100 units. Review the price, applicable taxes, discounts, billing interval, and total shown at checkout before subscribing. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled. Teammates in the same company workspace do not each purchase a subscription.
Company Admins can use Billing to open the Stripe customer portal, update payment details, view invoices, or cancel. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, as shown in the portal. Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting workspace records. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests; nothing here limits rights required by applicable law.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You authorize MendDock and its service providers to process that information as needed to operate and support the service. You are responsible for having authority to upload it and share it with your team, tenants, and vendors. Do not upload unlawful material, malicious files, unnecessary sensitive data, or content that infringes someone else's rights. Do not attempt to access another company's records or bypass access controls.
Maintenance and AI assistance
Automated categories, urgency assessments, summaries, and vendor suggestions can be wrong and require human review. Do not rely on MendDock or email alerts as the sole way to report or respond to an emergency. Appointment confirmation does not create entry permission or replace required notices. Contact local emergency services when there is immediate danger.
Availability, suspension, and ending use
The pilot service may change and may experience interruptions. Keep appropriate records and backup contact procedures for critical maintenance work. Access may be restricted for an inactive subscription, misuse, security concerns, or a legal requirement. For account closure or data requests, contact support. Continued access and data handling remain subject to applicable law and the privacy notice.
