Property intake link
Find a property’s maintenance link in Properties. Residents use it to submit a request for their unit without creating an account. This is different from a private request-status link: a property link does not let residents browse other requests.
Private request-status link
After submission, the tenant can open their request-status page. Emails to the address recorded on that request include the same private link. It shows status, confirmed appointment times, the assigned service provider’s company name, shared updates and approved photos. Treat the link like a password.
Share only what is intended
In a request, Property Managers and Company Admins use Tenant updates to publish a message. Regular internal notes and AI fields are not displayed on the tenant page. Tenant photos appear there; vendor or management photos require explicit sharing. Staff can read follow-ups but cannot publish shared messages through this panel.
Replace or revoke access
Property management can replace or revoke the private link from the request. Replacing it invalidates the old link. Links are time-limited; a future tenant email can issue a fresh link after expiry, but a revoked link stays disabled until management restores access. Already-delivered emails cannot be recalled.
