Add a property
Company Admins create properties from Properties. Enter the building name and address, then open it to add units. Property Managers can manage information for assigned properties; they do not create company-wide properties.
Set the property time zone
Choose the property’s actual time zone before scheduling visits. Appointment times are shown in that zone, including daylight-saving changes. A city or state alone does not automatically choose a time zone.
Understand unit capacity
The Founding plan covers up to 100 total units in one company, not 100 per property. Existing and inactive unit records count toward capacity. Use Billing → Data & plan to request more capacity. No new price is applied without confirmation.
