Use the alert center
Alerts show updates from properties you can access. Filter by unread status, type or property. Open an alert to go straight to its request. Mark all accessible alerts read affects only your own read state, not a teammate’s.
Choose emails
Company settings controls default manager email preferences. My account lets Company Admins and Property Managers inherit those defaults or use personal choices. Maintenance Staff use property-scoped in-app alerts rather than manager email subscriptions.
Delivery is not emergency dispatch
Temporary email failures are retried a limited number of times. Company settings shows delivery status. Keep direct emergency procedures and check urgent work in the dashboard; email delivery is not a guaranteed response-time service.
