Choose the right role
Company Admins manage company settings, billing, team access and the whole portfolio. Property Managers coordinate work and manage their assigned properties. Maintenance Staff work the maintenance queue without company, billing, team or portfolio-management access.
Scope the invitation
On Team & access, enter the work email, choose a role, and select specific properties. Choose company-wide property access only when that person really needs it. Check the role and property summary before sending.
Accept and verify
The teammate follows the email invitation and completes account setup. Invitations expire and resent invitations replace older links. After accepting, they can sign in directly; the link does not need to be reused. One active company subscription covers the invited team.
